If you have already requested the payout of your remaining balance in the Eventportal but have not yet received the refund, please consider the following information.
Depending on the event, bank, and payment method, the payout can take up to 14 days.
The payout may be made in multiple refunds to the payment methods you used for topping up.
In your wallet overview, look for "Payout status" and click on "Show more information" to view the status of all refunds.
