Check for a refund
If you topped up your chip online or at an on-site top-up station but the balance doesn’t appear on your chip, the payment might not have been completed. In most cases, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few days (cash payments excluded).

Payment method used
Date and location of the top-up
Amount you attempted to top up
