If you want to top up your balance online or request a payout after the event, you can link your chip in the Eventportal. You’ll need the PIN and chip number on the back of your chip.
Link your chip
First, open the Eventportal. You’ll find a link on the event’s website, social media channels, or app. Alternatively, you can search for your event at https://eventportal.io.
Click on “Add your chip/wristband”.
Log in with your existing account or register a new one.
Enter the 5-digit PIN (numbers 0-9) and the 14-digit chip number (numbers 0-9, letters A-F) found on the back of your chip.
Linking your chip will create a new wallet in the Eventportal. Give your wallet a name.
Once linked, you can top up your balance via the shop, purchase available products and upgrades (if available), or request a payout of any remaining balance after the event.
Please ensure you’re using the Eventportal for the correct event year.
