What can I do if I lost my chip?

If you’ve lost your chip or no longer have access to your chip number and PIN, please send us a message with the following details.

Required information for lost chip cases

  • A photo of your ticket or your ticket number, order number, and email address

  • The time and place where you received the lost chip

  • The amount of balance that was topped up
