What can I do if my ticket can’t be linked?

If you receive the message "We couldn't add your ticket" when trying to link your ticket, there are a few possible causes.

Ticket barcode invalid

  • Make sure the ticket number was entered correctly. You can ignore spaces when typing.

  • You might have opened the Eventportal for a different event or a previous year.

  • You might have accidentally entered your order number. Please use the ticket number printed below the barcode or QR code of your ticket.

Ticket already linked

  • Verify whether you were previously logged into the Eventportal with another account or if someone you know has already linked this ticket. You can release a linked ticket by clicking the "Remove Wallet" button.

Ticket type cannot be linked

  • Additional tickets, such as upgrades, parking, or camping add-ons, cannot be linked and therefore cannot be used to top up the balance in advance. Link your main ticket instead.
