Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Troubles registering in the Eventportal

If you’ve created a new account in the Eventportal but haven’t received confirmation email yet, please check the following points.

Confirmation email checklist

  • Depending on your email provider, it may take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. If you’ve just created your account, please allow a bit of time.

  • Make sure the confirmation email hasn’t accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

  • If you signed up using Google, no confirmation email will be sent.
