If you have already requested a password reset email via “Forgot your password” but haven’t received one yet, please check the following points.

Password reset checklist

  • There is no account associated with the email address you entered, or the account has been deleted. If in doubt, you can create a new account using the “Not registered yet?” button.

  • Depending on your email provider, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.

  • Make sure the email hasn’t accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

  • If you previously signed up using Google, password reset is not available.
