If you have already requested a password reset email via “Forgot your password” but haven’t received one yet, please check the following points.
Password reset checklist
There is no account associated with the email address you entered, or the account has been deleted. If in doubt, you can create a new account using the “Not registered yet?” button.
Depending on your email provider, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Make sure the email hasn’t accidentally ended up in your spam folder.
If you previously signed up using Google, password reset is not available.
